Requested Tutorial: The Wedding Guest 'Fun and Flirty' look

This tutorial was requested by Prettyinthedesert and it's for the Fun and Flirty look from my series of posts titled 'The Wedding Guest'. I posted swatches of the colours I used so you can see what they looked like and use similar products if you don't have the exact shades. In my original look I applied false lashes but I skipped it in this tutorial so definitely add some if you feel like it.

The colours I used are from L to R: Glamazon eye shadow by Too Faced, MAC Tan Pigment, Sugarpill Poison Plum, the purple 'exclusive' shade from the Too Faced Enchanted Glamourland palette and the last swatch is the liner I used which is Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on eye pencil in Rockstar.

From Bitten by the Beauty Bug

Start by prepping your eye how ever you like. I usually apply a light layer of eye cream because my lids get really dry. I also used to apply Urban Decay Primer Potion but I've started getting a reaction to it so I've had to stop using it.

Most peoples lids tend to be discoloured and uneven and mine are no exception so I usually always start off by evening out the colour on my lid with a concealer or a paint pot that is matt and close to my skin colour. Today I used Dermablend Cover Creme in Warm Beige.

I then applied NYX Jumbo eye pencil in French Fries to my lid. I would have used a purple base if I had one but since I didn't I went with a neutral colour close to my skin colour. If you want your purples to pop then add a purple base to the outer half of the lid where the purple shadows will be or you can even use a white base.

I then applied MAC Tan pigment to the first half of the lid by packing the colour on using a patting motion.

Next I applied the blue toned purple shade from the Too Faced Enchanted Glamourland palette to the outer half of my lid. I used a patting motion to apply it because I wanted to pack the colour on first, the blending will come later.

I then patted on Sugarpill Poison Plum eye shadow to the middle of the lid to act as a transition colour between the tan pigment and the blue toned purple.

Now it's time to blend! Blend until the harsh line around the crease disappears. You'll also have to blend the colours on the lid slightly so they transition into each other. I did this by pulling the Tan pigment on to the edge of Poison Plum and then by pulling the edge of poison plum on to the blue toned purple shade.

When you're happy with how the colours look you can apply your highlight colour around the tear duct. I used Glamazon eye shadow by Too faced and blended in to the Tan pigment.

I then applied the Rockstart liner by Urban Decay to my bottom lash line and water line. I also used it to lightly line my top lash line.

Next I curled my lashes using the Shu Uemura eyelash curler and coated my top and bottom lashes with Rimmel Sexy Curves mascara.

You can leave the look like this if you want or do what I did in the next picture.

I like a bit more definition to my eyes so I added some black liquid liner by Rimmel to the top lashline.

That's the end! Hopefully it's close enough to the original look for it to be helpful. I love requests and answering any questions so feel free to comment below :)
