Laura Mercier Tinted Lip Balms

I absolutely love these tinted lip balms. These are the perfect solution on those days when you don't really feel like putting on anything too glossy or thick. They give a really pretty natural tint to your lips while moisturising them at the same time. These aren't sticky at all and have a really yummy lemonade scent. I originally bought one but I loved it so much that I went and bought two more.

I adore the packaging. It's like a grown up version of the bonne bell tubes we all loved as kids.

From top to bottom: Nude, Apricot and Mocha

This is the lip balm in the color 'Nude':

This is 'Apricot':

This is 'Mocha':

The nude one is my favourite to wear under other glosses as it can get too light on my lips if I apply too much as my lips are quite pigmented. This is one of those colours that work best on girls that have lighter lips.
I didn't think I'd like the Apricot one as much as I do but it's actually my favourite and surprisingly the closest to my lip colour. I was surprised because it looks so orange in the tube but it comes out really pretty.
The mocha one is nice but is a bit darker and plummier than my natural lip colour, (even though it's not coming across like that in the photo) so I think I would wear this one as a subtle night time shade. I tried wearing it during the day but I felt like it gave me too much colour.

Here are some swatches I did on my finger tips to give you an idea of how the colours compare. These were swatched quite heavily as they are very sheer on the lips.
